About the Role:
As our Enterprise Leader, you will:
- Lead and develop a high-performing team across Business, Economics, and Computer Science.
- Drive curriculum innovation and excellence in teaching and learning.
- Champion enterprise education, embedding real-world business experiences into the curriculum.
- Forge strong links with industry, higher education, and the wider community.
- Inspire students to achieve academic success and develop entrepreneurial mindsets.
What We're Looking For:
- A passionate and experienced teacher with a strong background in Business or a related subject.
- Proven leadership experience or clear potential to lead at a strategic level.
- A track record of raising achievement and delivering outstanding outcomes.
- A forward-thinking approach to curriculum design and enterprise education.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organisational skills.
