Your new role As Customer Care Team Leader, you'll support the Regional Manager and lead the Customer Care team, ensuring smooth coordination with Sales and efficient service delivery.
- Lead and motivate the Customer Care team
- Liaise with Sales to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor and chase internal processes to meet deadlines
- Resolve escalated customer queries professionally
- Identify and implement service improvements
- Support the Regional Manager with daily operations
- Prepare performance reports and suggest improvements
What you'll need to succeed
- Confident, assertive communicator
- Experience in customer service or telesales leadership
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to push back and drive results
- Experience with Microsoft Office and EMS systems
- Ideally 1+ years in B2B customer service and sales is preferred but not essential
