We’re on the lookout for a confident and highly organised Customer Support & Portal Assistant to join a small, collaborative team. This role is key to supporting customers through a digital portal and ensuring a seamless order process from start to finish.

You’ll be the first point of contact for customers—handling queries, processing orders, managing client data, and making sure every touchpoint is smooth and professional. If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and staying on top of admin tasks with laser-sharp attention to detail, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Providing friendly, expert support via phone and email


  • Managing and processing customer sales orders from receipt through to invoicing


  • Handling order queries and proactively resolving issues


  • Updating and maintaining customer information in internal systems (CRM/portals)


  • Creating and managing pro-forma invoices with accuracy


  • Investigating and following up on customer complaints or rejects


  • Collaborating with internal teams (sales, design, and operations) to deliver a seamless experience


  • Monitoring the customer portal and recommending improvements to enhance user experience


    ✅ What We’re Looking For:
    • Strong background in customer service and/or order administration


    • Excellent attention to detail and a passion for getting things right


    • Highly organised and able to prioritise effectively in a busy environment


    • Clear and confident communicator—both written and verbal


    • Comfortable working with CRMs, databases, and other digital tools


    • A proactive team player who’s always ready to go the extra mile


      Bonus Points If You Have:
      • Experience in e-commerce or working with digital portals


      • Familiarity with order processing and invoicing systems


      • A natural interest in improving systems and customer experience
