Summary
New Homes Sales Executive needed in Manchester Paying £17.36 per hr ref 000A 2239 /1
Full time hours on a temporary basis
- Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve individual sales targets through effective lead conversion and customer engagement.
- Manage sales leads efficiently, ensuring high satisfaction and timely reservations.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners (e.g., solicitors, mortgage advisors) to support the sales process.
- Be an expert on developments, specifications, and plans to accurately inform and guide buyers.
- Ensure compliance with Homes England, GLA, and regulatory standards for eligibility and audit.
- Explain key aspects of home ownership including leasehold/freehold terms, service charges, and legal processes.
- Maintain site presentation and manage stock units to a high standard.
- Lead viewings, attend launches and home shows, and report KPIs with 100% data accuracy.
