Summary

CIPS Course Tutor




Location: Hybrid - Working from Home, Customer Sites, and Head Office

Salary: £40,000 - £52,000 per annum

Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent




We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced and passionate CIPS Course Tutor to join their expanding education and training team. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the delivery of high-quality procurement and supply training to learners across various platforms.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver up to 100 days of tuition annually (face-to-face and virtual)
  • Teach across CIPS qualification levels 3, 4, 5, and 6, as well as CPD and apprenticeship standards
  • Provide formative assessment and constructive feedback to learners
  • Update and develop course materials including presentations and online content
  • Support apprentices through End Point Assessment with guidance and mentoring
  • Contribute to curriculum development and quality assurance processes
  • Represent the training provider during Ofsted and other inspection activities
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to support learner progress and satisfaction
Essential Requirements:
  • MCIPS (or FCIPS) qualification
  • Recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, CertED or equivalent)
  • Previous experience delivering training in a classroom or coaching environment
  • Knowledge of current CIPS curriculum and apprenticeship standards
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Competent user of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Additional Information:
  • Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle required
  • Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain)
  • Must have the right to work in the UK
