Summary
Our growing family business is looking to take on a new member/s of staff to assist in the manufacture of doors including fire doors, acoustic doors and panelled doors. Duties will include lipping, glazing and veneering/laminating doors and manufacturing frames and architraves to start with
Woodworking experience is preferable however full training can be given to a competent person, depending on level of experience will dictate tasks given. It is important that you are responsible, sensible, keen to learn and can work as part of a team of on your own initiative. There can be some heavy lifting involved, which would be assisting with another employee to move door cores onto panel saw / other processes
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 4.30pm with occasional overtime. Own transport is essential due to our location.
