Summary
In this role you will coordinate regular youth company sessions, youth voice activities, and support coordination of performance events ensuring these programmes run smoothly, safely, and with young people’s wellbeing and development at the heart of everything.
You’ll work closely with internal departments, external artists and partners to support logistics, scheduling, and communication. As a main point of contact for young participants, their families and carers, you will play a vital pastoral role, ensuring a safe, inclusive and supportive environment.
This role also involves supporting budget management, collecting and developing all feedback, and contributing to ongoing programme development and improvement.
We want to work with people who are passionate about their work, resilient, and supportive of their colleagues.
This role includes an evening and weekend working pattern. During term time you are required to work Tuesday evening, Thursday evening and Saturday daytime. You may be required to support activity across other evenings.
