Proficiency in web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and server-side languages (e.g., PHP, .NET, Java).
Experience in managing and optimising CMS environments, troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git, Bitbucket) and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong analytical skills, innovative problem-solving abilities, and a forward-thinking mindset.
Excellent collaboration, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Ability to work on multiple projects and with multiple audiences.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Relevant certifications in CMS platforms or web development are a plus.

What are the benefits?

At AAT we believe in treating our staff well and this is reflected in our wide-ranging benefits, which include:

Hybrid working (1-2 days per week in our London office) and opportunities for further flexible working.

Great pension scheme whereby AAT will contribute up to 10.15%, life assurance and critical illness cover.

Regular wellbeing initiatives.
Enhanced maternity and shared parental leave contributions of up to 6 months’ full pay depending on the length of service.
