Summary

We’re looking for a reliable Warehouse Operative to join our busy logistics team in Warrington. In this role, you’ll support all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving and inspecting incoming goods, unloading vehicles, and sorting items for storage. You’ll maintain accurate inventory records using handheld scanners or warehouse management systems, and pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for dispatch. You’ll also be responsible for loading shipments, conducting regular stock checks, and ensuring goods are stored and handled safely—often using manual handling equipment or forklifts if trained. Maintaining a clean, organised warehouse space and adhering to health and safety protocols are essential parts of your day-to-day. Ideal candidates have a keen eye for detail, basic computer skills, and the flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, or rotating patterns. Physical stamina is required, as you’ll be lifting, moving, and standing for long periods. While experience in a warehouse is preferred, full training is provided, including on safety procedures and equipment. If you’re team-oriented, punctual, and keen to build a long-term career in logistics, this is a great opportunity to grow and potentially move into supervisory roles.
