Summary
Full time position but open to 30 hour contracts for the right candidate (12 Months Maternity Cover.).
This is a lead role, experienced facial therapists essential. You will be primarily delivering facial treatments from their new beauty store in London. You will work as part of a small retail team and in quiet periods expected to support on the retail floor serving customers and promoting the brand through express treatments and activations.
A degree of flexibility is required to support Events outside of Beak St as required. They work with the global leaders in infusion therapy and often alongside the treatments you are performing you will work with a medical practitioner who will be monitoring the customer through the infusion process. Tech is part of their offering too so a background in working with laser, micro current would be advantageous.
Previous Experience and Knowledge:
A beauty background with level 3 in NVQ or equivalent
A keen eye for what is interesting in beauty and treatments
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience of driving treatment revenue and filling down time
Excellent planning, organization and prioritization skills
Curious mindset
Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships
Adaptable and resourceful
Attention to detail and ability to self reflect
Happy to take ownership of the treatment space
