We are currently looking for a Class 1 / HGV 1 Driver with an ADR qualification to join the team in Keynsham, Bristol, you will be driving a Class 1 curtain sided vehicle, usually completing between 1 to 5 drops each shift. Starting at 19:00 a typical day could be up to 9 to 10 hours, working Monday to Friday. We also have optional overtime on Saturdays and Sundays paid at an enhanced rate.
You will need to check the load is secure, complete vehicle checks and complete paperwork. However, no handball and no heavy lifting will be involved as the truck is loaded and unloaded for you by Forklift.
This is a good opportunity for ongoing Class 1 / HGV 1 ADR work, with the possibility of leading to a permanent role, working with a great team and a company who value their employees.
Hours and pay
• Monday to Friday £20.00 per hour.
• Weekends £25.00 per hour.
• Paid weekly every Friday.
• Starting at 7pm and usually finished by 5am.
Requirements
• Full UK driving licence, with category C+E.
• A valid ADR Licence.
• Valid Tacho and CPC cards.
• Safety boots and high viz.
• An understanding of health and safety.
