Summary

Pinnacle Group is looking for a dedicated Night Facilities Cleaner Supervisor ( hands on ) with Transport to maintain high standards of cleanliness in our manufacturing industrial facilities. You will be joining our B2B Specialist Industrial Cleaning Team based in Rocester, Staffordshire, ST14.

Your role will involve both supervising a team and cleaning the onsite staff facilities including: - Offices, toilet blocks, changing rooms, shower cubicles & canteens. You will need to be detail-oriented, physically fit, and capable of working with cleaning equipment and chemicals.

We are offering a Full Time Permanent Contract working Monday to Thursday 5pm - 3.30am + Night Shift Bonus (Transport Essential) with the option of gaining overtime at the weekends

As a working Supervisor your Key responsibilities will include:

  • Monitor, record and deliver service levels in accordance with contractual requirements, liaising with the client as necessary.
  • Provide support, guidance, training and full line management for all cleaning staff.
  • Direct all cleaning staff in their duties ensuring the cleaning schedule is adhered to and targets are achieved to meet contractual requirements.
  • Damp & spot mopping, dusting & polishing of surfaces, to clean and sanitise touch points, door handles, push plates, and other surfaces.
  • Cleaning toilet facilities, and hand basins and replenishing toilet paper, hand soap & towels
  • Office cleaning - Removal of waste from internal litter bins
  • To keep the canteen/coffee points clean and tidy at all times
  • Operate industrial cleaning equipment and materials in accordance with health & safety and COSHH regulations.

Key requirements will include:

  • Experience in managing or supervising staff
  • Experience/ knowledge of cleaning equipment, products, and techniques and the ability to train staff in this area.
  • The Post will involve elements of manual handling, and you may also be required to work with substances controlled under COSHH regulations
  • Experience with working to tight schedules.
