We are looking for a qualified Unvented Plumber to join a dynamic maintenance team in Hertford. As a key member of the maintenance division, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality plumbing work and multi-trade services to local authority or housing association clients.
Responsibilities:
- Installing, servicing, and maintaining unvented hot water cylinders.

Carrying out repairs and replacements on domestic plumbing systems, including pipework, valves, taps, and sanitary ware.
- Fitting and commissioning new bathroom and kitchen plumbing systems in void or occupied properties.
- Identifying and rectifying plumbing faults, leaks, and issues with hot water systems efficiently.
- Using pressure testing and system checks to ensure system integrity.
- Communicating effectively with tenants, explaining work carried out and ensuring minimal disruption.
- Completing all job sheets, reports, and compliance documentation accurately using handheld PDA systems or mobile apps.
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
- City & Guilds Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing and Heating
- Unvented Hot Water Storage Systems Certificate
