Summary
The post holder will lead and manage the palliative CNS team on a daily basis, ensuring that the team provides an excellent service to the Trust through evidence based practice, education, policy and guideline development. Lead clinical care by providing expert assessment, planning, evaluation and support skills in aspects of palliative and end of life care. The post holder should have advanced physical assessment skills and be a non medical prescriber as well as working towards a Masters degree/Advanced Clinical Practitioner Maintain a high profile in clinical practice, promoting clinical excellence, initiating learning opportunities and promoting an effective learning environment For more information please see attached job description and person specification
