Summary
Meeting and greeting patient, visitors, consultants and staff at reception, and acting as the main point of contact for queries; Taking telephone calls, answering patient queries and taking messages; Updating systems as and when required Maintaining an organised, tidy and well-stocked reception area; Scanning of relevant documentation onto the system, general housekeeping and filing; Responding to queries and questions through a shared inbox
