Summary
Meeting food service delivery time-scales throughout the day Maintaining high standards of cleanliness in designated work areas within documented cleaning schedules, as well as ad hoc cleaning duties Ensure high standards of personal hygiene and appearance at all times Ensure high standards of food safety and H.A.C.C.P are achieved and maintained To work safely in accordance with Trust Health & Safety Policies Ensure accurate and complete records of refrigerator temperatures and cleaning schedules are kept if required Competent in the completion of basic departmental forms and other relevant Trust documents Woking as part of a team Flexibility in approach to designated area of work
