Are you detail-oriented, highly organised, and passionate about supporting business operations through accurate pricing and contract management? We're looking for a Pricing Analyst to join our Operations team and play a key role in supporting sales, IT, and operational functions.
Role Overview:
As a Pricing Analyst, you will be responsible for preparing quotations, managing contracts, and providing essential support to various internal teams. You'll ensure timely and accurate documentation, maintain supplier compliance, and help keep internal systems up to date.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound sales enquiries and coordinate with internal teams to arrange services.
- Create and manage sales proposal documents and service contracts.
- Handle queries related to sales proposals and provide updates to relevant teams.
- Maintain supplier relationships and ensure compliance documentation is current.
- Keep the pricing tracker and CRM system updated.
- Support operational teams during busy periods or absences.
- Assist the Sales team with customer information requests.
- Manage scheduling and holiday requests for the external cleaning team using Rotacloud.
- Prepare payroll downloads and provide reception cover as needed.
Working Relationships:
You'll collaborate closely with:
- Operational, sales, IT, and finance teams
- New and existing customers
- External suppliers
- Colleagues across all levels of the business
Working Hours:
- Monday: 8:15 - 17:00
- Tuesday to Thursday: 8:30 - 17:00
- Friday: 8:30 - 16:00
