Summary
Social Care & Education is seeking dedicated Support Workers in Peterborough. If you have experience supporting adults with complex needs, including learning disability, Autism and ADHD we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
· Help individuals live independently and feel empowered in their community.
· Offer compassion and guidance at home and in the community.
· Support personal hygiene needs if required.
· Help with shopping, budgeting, and household tasks (cooking, cleaning, laundry).
· Aid in maintaining relationships with family and friends.
· Support individuals in engaging activities such as walks, dining out, and more.
· Administer medication
