Summary

NEED Ltd is a busy community transport organisation based on Alnwick, Northumberland.
We are looking to recruit a new administration officer to join our team. Please see details below.
Hours - Monday - Friday 0900 - 1430 (27.5hrs per week)

Wage/Pay - £12.45 per hour with 28 days holiday per year. Wages are paid monthly - 15th of the Month.

Skills - Must be computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel and have good interpersonal skills.

Job Description - Manage day to day running of community transport, answering phone calls and taking bookings. Be availible for relief driving work i.e school run cover when required. You will work closely with the Transport Manager and full training will be given. School runs may include a PHV (Private Hire) licence. This will be arranged and paid for by NEED Ltd. MiDAS, First Aid and Safeguard training will also be arranged and paid for by NEED Ltd.

Desirable Skills - D1 licence to be able to drive 16 seat minibus.

Important information - An enhanced DBS will be completed however this will be arranged and paid for by NEED Ltd.
Probationary period - 6 Months
