Summary
Key Responsibilties
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of HR projects across the organisation.
- Collaborate with senior leadership, HR teams, and academic departments to identify project needs and priorities.
- Drive change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and stakeholder engagement.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and outcomes, reporting progress to key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with employment law, safeguarding policies, and sector-specific standards.
- Analyse HR data to inform project decisions and measure impact.
About You
- Proven experience in HR project management, ideally within the education or public sector.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and organisational development.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) or equivalent experience.
- Project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile) is desirable.
