Summary

Part-Time Customer Service Administrator – Export Team
Location: Stonehouse, Gloucester
Hours: 24 hours per week (flexible schedule, excluding full-day Fridays)
Salary: £27,000 FTE
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Permanent

Are you organised, proactive, and ready to get stuck in? Our food production business is looking for a Customer Service Administrator to support our busy export team with a variety of administrative and coordination tasks.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Processing client orders and ensuring accuracy
• Assisting with admin and paperwork related to EU and global shipments
• Scheduling shipments and liaising with our dispatch team
• Working closely with our planning and distribution teams
• Completing essential export documentation and supporting smooth international operations

What We're Looking For:

• A quick-thinking, proactive team player
• Strong attention to detail and great communication skills
• Comfortable juggling multiple admin tasks in a fast-paced environment
• No export experience required – full training provided on the job
