If so, then this may be the role for you!This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and experienced individual to join one of the UK’s leading providers of bespoke accident claims and mobility services for motorists based at our contact centre in Peterlee.As a Team Leader you will be responsible for leading a motivated and engaged team of customer service advisors and you will achieve this through weekly 121s, training, on the job coaching, continual performance feedback and quality monitoring.
