Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5pm (Our client will consider flexible hours - 4 full days per week or possibly 5 days with School hours)

We’re looking for a proactive, organised, and detail-focused individual to join our client in their friendly and fast-paced team. This is a varied and vital role supporting customer service, order processing, and dispatch coordination. We are ideally looking for someone who has worked in a similar sales administration coordinator type role, where you are passionate about giving a good customer services, but equally comfortable with Administration, organisational skills and prioritising your work.

Responsibilities and duties will include, but not limited to:
• Manage a shared inbox, handling quotes, orders, and general enquiries.
• Process customer orders accurately and follow them through from receipt to dispatch.
• Prepare and send order-related paperwork to customers.
• Save and manage documents within internal systems.
• Refer technical queries to appropriate departments.
• Log complaints and escalate where necessary.
• Take customer payments and liaise with accounts on BACS transactions.
• Organise and send customer samples.
• Handle incoming calls from new and existing customers.
• Liaise with production, check orders for accuracy, and coordinate dispatch.
• Work with hauliers and courier services to arrange collections and track deliveries.
• Ensure labels, manifests, and shipping documentation are completed correctly.
• Maintain accuracy and cleanliness in your working area.
• Support your team by covering tasks when others are on leave and vice versa.

Skills and Experience
• A solid foundation in admin, customer service, or operations — most specifics can be trained.
• Strong attention to detail and a willingness to follow clear processes.
• Comfortable using systems and learning new tools.
• A proactive communicator who enjoys working as part of a close-knit team.
• Someone reliable, adaptable, and professional in their approach.
