Actual Salary: £10,059 - £10,945 per annum
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Technician Demonstrator in Healthcare to join our Health & Applied Sciences Faculty. You will provide essential technical support across healthcare teaching areas, ensuring equipment and resources are well-maintained and safely stored. You will work closely with staff during lessons, deliver practical demonstrations, and assist students throughout their coursework and exam preparation, helping to create a safe and engaging hands-on learning environment.
In this role, you will also support students in developing their research skills and assignment writing, while delivering pre-set schemes of work and assessing practical performance. You will play a key part in tracking learner progress and offering guidance to help students succeed and progress confidently through their course.
To be successful, you will hold a relevant Level 3 qualification as well as strong communication, organisation and the ability to connect with young people. Previous experience in training, education, or support roles is an advantage.
