Summary
Job Specification for Key Person Position- start date September 2025
• Key Person to work with children aged 2-4 years old
• This position is term time only 30 hours per week; Monday to Friday 9am-3pm
• NVQ level 3 & experience of working with children essential
• Level 3 hourly rate; £12.74
• Knowledge and understanding of child protection procedures
• The applicant must be friendly, passionate about their role, and strive to be a good role model at all times
• Good communication skills
• Sound knowledge of child development, the EYFS and observation, planning and assessment
• A DBS check and two suitable references will be required
This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act, 1974, and does require a criminal records check. Applicants must be prepared to disclose any convictions they may have and any orders which have been made against them.
