Summary
Manage and supervise group provisions ensuring the provision runs efficiently.
Maintain excellent and accurate communication between the workforce and management.
Ensure the correct level of personalised support is provided to our service users.
Support and adhere to the company policies and procedures for safeguarding the welfare of children and vulnerable adults, responding appropriately to any safeguarding concerns.
Responsible for the planning and delivery of life skills provision
Assist the management team in monitoring expenditure against budgets.
Attending team meetings and other meetings as required by the management team.
Attend and organise marketing events alongside management.
Responsible for checking evaluation, behavior, and other relevant forms.
Drive Taylor Support vehicles if and as required.
Maintain and update service user specific records in line with service delivery.
Due to the needs of the service, flexibility around working hours may be required and may occasionally be out of normal working hours.
Other duties as requested by the management team.
