Crynodeb

This role is a newly created role to form part of an existing management team.
The role will take responsibility as assistant manager of care operations and training. The role will involve managing rostering, digital care systems, and other key systems, including training monitoring and overseeing policy reviews.
There will be expectation of direct care working, and duty coverage on a rota basis.
The role will work closely with the assistant manager of care delivery, and will be line managed by the registered manager.

The role will cover hours from 7am - 10pm and over a 7 day week, including bank holidays. Weekend working will be one in three.

The ideal candidate will have a L3 NVQ in care (or higher) and be willing to work towards a higher level qualification e.g. - Award in learning and education or L5 management apprenticeship. This will be discussed at interview.
