We’re looking for an ambitious and proactive individual to take on the newly titled role of “Adults and Commercial Manager”, a strategic position at the heart of our adult learning provision. This exciting opportunity comes at a pivotal time as we expand and diversify our offer to meet the evolving needs of our local communities, employers, and stakeholders.

As Adults and Commercial Manager, you will oversee a dynamic curriculum that includes employability, part-time ESOL, and growing commercial provision. You will lead a team of passionate tutors and work in close partnership with internal departments, employers, and external bodies such as Jobcentre Plus and the Department for Work and Pensions to ensure our offer is responsive, impactful, and financially sustainable.

You’ll need a strong understanding of the FE and adult learning landscape, excellent leadership skills, and experience in managing innovative, employer-led provision. This is a high-impact role that requires creativity, resilience, and the ability to drive quality and growth across multiple programme areas.
