We are working with a welcoming and high-achieving secondary school in Coventry to recruit a Graduate Maths Teaching Assistant. This full-time, long-term role is perfect for a Maths graduate seeking practical classroom experience before undertaking teacher training or further postgraduate study.

• Delivering small group and 1:1 academic interventions
• Helping with classroom resources and lesson planning
• Promoting analytical thinking and logical reasoning
• Collaborating with Maths teachers to improve student outcomes
• Encouraging students’ confidence in numeracy and exam preparation
• Contributing to Maths clubs or enrichment activities (e.g. puzzles, coding, or chess)
Graduate Maths Teaching Assistant – What We’re Looking For:
• A 2:1 degree or above in Mathematics or a related subject
• A passion for numeracy and education
• Experience working with young people (e.g. tutoring, mentoring, schools)
• Strong subject knowledge and problem-solving ability
• Confident, proactive, and motivated to support learners
• Interest in a future teaching or education career
