Summary

We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to start a career as a Recruitment Consultant. This is a dynamic and progressive role, requiring versatility and ambition. The successful candidate will have a natural talent fostering positive connections with a diverse range of clients and candidates.

Monday – Friday
08:00 – 16:00
15:00 finish on Friday
Main roles and responsibilities:

Filling in recruitment packs.
Processing right to work documents and compliance.
General admin & paperwork.
Daily communications with candidates and clients.
Using sales, business development, and marketing techniques to attract new clients.
Visiting clients to build and maintain strong relationships (driving licence required).
Gaining a deep understanding of clients' businesses, industries, and workplace cultures.
Drafting terms of business and negotiating pay and charge rates.
Meeting weekly targets, including client onboarding and successful candidate placements.
Collaborating with our marketing team to draft and post job adverts across recruitment platforms and social media.
Matching candidates to suitable roles using recruitment databases.
Reviewing applications, conducting interviews, and shortlisting candidates for clients.
Checking references and verifying candidate suitability before submission.
Preparing CVs and client correspondence.
Organising and coordinating interviews.
Working towards and exceeding set targets related to candidate placements and client billings.
Dealing with a high volume of candidates and clients with a fast turn around.
Skills and requirement:

Full UK driving licence is essential due to client visits.
Experience in recruitment or a similar role is not required (full training provided).
Knowledge of the local area is advantageous.
Thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Charismatic and able to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Target-oriented with a strong ambition to succeed.
Previous experience in sales or customer service is desirable but not essential.
Understanding of various industries is a bonus.
Additional fluent languages are a plus.
