Responsibilities
Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify and resolve any maintenance issues.
Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks as needed, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
Ensure that common areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
Respond promptly to requests and concerns from staff and users regarding facility-related issues.
Prepare and implement a schedule for routine maintenance tasks and projects.
Coordinate with external vendors or service providers for more complex repairs and maintenance needs.
Requirements
Proven experience in caretaking, maintenance, or a related field is preferred.
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, and general carpentry is essential.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Good communication skills to address concerns from various stakeholders.
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Hours Per Week: 36.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £16.93
