We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Work Experience Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the administration of our work experience programs, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both students and employers.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping others gain valuable experience, enjoys working in an administrative capacity, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate records of placements, ensuring all documentation is up to date and compliant with relevant policies.
• Monitor and track the progress of students throughout their work experience placement, ensuring placement records proceed through appropriate stages timely on College systems.
• Respond to queries from students, curriculum areas, and employers in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide general administrative support, including data entry, scheduling meetings, and organising events or orientations.
Requirements:
• Level 2 IT or administration qualification or equivalent
• GCSE Grade A to C (or equivalent) in English
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-service mindset.
• A proactive and detail-oriented approach to administrative tasks.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Experience in an administrative and/or customer-facing role.
• A keen interest in supporting students and helping them access valuable work experience opportunities.
