Handling customer and
supplier enquiries (phone, email, and face-to-face)
Updating records and
maintaining internal systems
Supporting admin for
sales, estimating, and operations teams

to service improvement processes
Training
Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner.
This apprenticeship is delivered through work based learning, this means that all training is done at the workplace eliminating the need to attend college. The successful candidate will be allocated a tutor who will provide a mixture of interactive online group teaching and 1-1 training monthly.
Qualifications required
GCSE or equivalent Maths and English at grade 4/C or above.

Great communication and
organisation skills
Positive attitude and
willingness to learn
Basic IT confidence
(Word, Outlook, Excel)
No experience required –
just reliability and enthusiasm
