18.5 hours per week

Boston College is looking to appoint a Business Development Administrator to work within Adults, Commercial Delivery & Projects Directorate providing administrative support predominantly for our Distance Learning Department. We are looking for someone to support the growth of the department, which may lead to further opportunities for career development at the College. You will be involved in a wide range of administration activities to support and develop the Distance Learning offer and the Directorate as a whole.

The successful candidate will be liaising with employers, partner organisations and learners daily. We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual, with excellent inter-personal skills who is confident in both written and verbal communications. You will need to possess excellent organisational skills, having the ability to prioritise workloads, work independently and use your own initiative. Accuracy and attention to detail is important as data entry is a key part of the role.

This is a dynamic and rewarding role where you will deal with a wide range of stakeholder enquiries, solve problems and make decisions.
