As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a skilled and experienced T.I.G. Welder to join our dynamic team.
The Role:
As a T.I.G. Welder, you will play a crucial role in producing high-quality stainless steel products (grades 304, 430 & 316) from thin gauge material (0.9mm-2mm). Reporting to the Welding Team Leader, youll work across multiple projects, maintaining a mentality and collaborating closely with other departments to meet production deadlines and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities: Set, clamp and weld components for bespoke product builds Read and interpret detailed manufacturing drawings Multitask across various projects with precision and care Support general manufacturing tasks as required What Youll Need: Proven experience in a T.I.G. welding role Experience in fabrication is a strong advantage Basic M.I.G. welding knowledge beneficial Excellent attention to detail Strong communication and problem-solving skills Able to work independently or as part of a team Must have your own transport Whats in It for You: £27k-£29k salary (dependent on experience) Full-time, permanent role with overtime available 40.5-hour work week Company pension plan Holiday bonus scheme Employee benefits program A varied, engaging role in a fast-paced and supportive environment
