The Best Connection Oxford are looking for Class 2 Driver’s on a temp-to-perm basis for our client based in Witney!

Your role: Safely and efficiently operate a Class 2 vehicle. Deliver goods on a reliable, consistent schedule. Represent our client with professionalism and care. What’s on offer: Competitive base salary of £30,000 per year Up to £3,000 driver incentive bonus - designed to reward you for doing the job right! 40 hours per week - no 45-hour shift overload Comfortable shifts: 6am-3pm or 7am-4pm, giving you time to enjoy your day! Friendly, supportive working environment! Full Moffett training provided for all Class 2 drivers. Incentive scheme breakdown: 40% for completing deliveries on time with clear pictures and signatures 40% for maintaining a spotless safety record - no incidents or accidents 20% for positive feedback, no tachograph infringements, and spotting new sales opportunities (e.g., identifying sites or drylining firms we could supply to) Requirements: Valid Class 2 license, CPC and Tacho.
