Summary
Working 5 days with 2 fixed days off during the week. 9am - 5.30pm. 40 hours.
Mainly shop based but occasionally working in the plant area and store.
Shop - Main duties are serving on the till while offering great customer service, constantly tidying stock, pricing and merchandising the stock, looking after houseplants, communicating with customers and offering outstanding customer service after training, occasionally locating and loading furniture and water features for customers, building display sets of furniture and shop stands.
Plant Area - Constantly tidying and displaying plants, dead heading flowers, watering plants, unloading deliveries, maintaining a tidy plant area by sweeping and raking.
Must be hard working and able to work at a fast pace. No experience necessary but applicants must have a strong willingness to learn. Applicants should be able to demonstrate an interest in gardening and customer service. We have a great team of outstanding staff in each centre. Are you the right person to join us.
