Summary
✅ Role Overview:
Initially, you will deliver the SIA Top-Up Refresher Training for Door Supervisors on weekends: Saturday & Sunday (TBC: 8:00am–4:00pm or 9:00am–5:00pm)
Following a successful 3-month evaluation, you may be invited to deliver additional programmes during the week, including:
Full Door Supervisor Training (typically 4–6 days)
CCTV (Public Space Surveillance) Training (typically 3–4 days)
Other SIA-related short courses (1–2 days)
Weekday programmes can range from 2 to 5 days per course.
✅ Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging, SIA- and Get Licensed-compliant training sessions
Support learners through practical and theoretical assessments
Prepare candidates for SIA licensing success
Maintain accurate training records and assessments
Stay updated on regulatory and course content changes
✅ Essential Requirements
✔️ Legal right to work in the UK
✔️ Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence
✔️ Recognised teaching qualification (Level 3 Award in Education & Training or equivalent: PTLLS, CTLLS, DTLLS, PGCE)
✔️ Current First Aid certificate (minimum Emergency First Aid at Work)
✔️ At least 12 months frontline security experience
✔️ Knowledge of current Physical Intervention standards
✔️ Strong communication and classroom management skills
⭐ Desirable (Not Required to Start)
SIA CCTV (PSS) Licence and training experience
Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) qualification
Experience delivering courses via Get Licensed or similar platforms
Opportunity to increase earnings by delivering full Door Supervisor and CCTV courses
Work Schedule
Initial shifts: Saturday & Sunday (TBC: 8:00am–4:00pm or 9:00am–5:00pm)
Future shifts: Potential weekday delivery of 2–5 day programmes
We are also recruiting zero-hour cover trainers for flexible shifts and short-notice cover across courses and locations
