Summary

We are looking for someone who can operate in a dynamic and varied workplace within a small team who record and report on trainee assessment outcomes and feedback from the training provided. Dealing with gathering and delivering evaluation and assurance data to enable operational decisions from evidence gathered and reported on.

The role is responsible for managing the survey and assessment systems. Gathering feedback on trainee surveys and opinions via post course discussions, writing reports on evidence gathered providing analysis on feedback gathered to inform continual improvement with training delivery. Accountable for course closure, and reporting.

Key responsibilities:

Manage the examination, course evaluation and post course discussion diary in accordance with course schedules.
Manage the production, distribution, and processing of examinations (theory and practical).
Perform courses closure procedures in Learning Management Systems.
Creation of trainee performance reports.
Support other HQ RSME Training Evaluation and Assurance branch teams with work requirements.
Internal verification of assessed work, including random sampling of assessments to ensure conformity of marking.
Conduct trainee and trainer interviews/discussions.
Monitor, collate, and publish course feedback, highlighting to the chain of command emerging issues and trends.
Delivery of trainee performance data reports, assessment reports, end of course feedback reports and end of course trainee reports.

We will provide on the job training in the use of relevant MOD IT systems and Internal Validation (InVal). Opportunity to undertake Level 3 Business administrator and/or Team leader or supervisor Apprenticeship.
