BCI is seeking a dynamic Creative Producer & Showrunner who can wear every hat—crafting scripts, shaping performance, engineering sound, and driving marketing—to launch groundbreaking theatrical and audio experiences.

What You'll Do
As BCI's Creative Producer & Showrunner, you will:
Write & Develop
Pen compelling scripts, dialogue, and lyrics that resonate emotionally.
Collaborate with yourself (as dramaturg) to refine story arcs, characters, and pacing.
Compose & Sound-Design
Create original scores, ambient soundscapes, and bespoke effects.
Record, edit, and mix voice performances with cinematic clarity.
Direct & Coach
Lead actors in the booth and on stage, guiding tone, timing, and emotional truth.
Oversee rehearsals, technical run-throughs, and live performances with precision.
Design & Build
Envision sets, costumes, lighting schemes, and props—then see them built or virtually rendered.
Coordinate carpentry, scenic painting, and lighting rigs to turn vision into reality.
Produce & Manage
Secure budgets, schedule resources, and manage all production logistics end-to-end.
Call the show as stage manager, tech director, and assistant director rolled into one.
Market & Amplify
Craft and execute PR and social media campaigns that spark buzz and drive ticket sales or streams.
Engage front-of-house operations, audience services, and community outreach personally.
