Summary

Job Title; Support Worker

Location; Penrith, Carlisle and the surrounding areas

Rate of Pay; £12.25 to £13.50

Shift Pattern Available; Various; days, evenings, split shifts, sleeping and waking nights (No short visits or travel between homes).

Essential Criteria; Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

Role Specifics; You will support individuals with a variety of needs, including;
Multiple Sclerosis (MS)
Acquired Brain Injury / Rehabilitation
Learning Disabilities

Please note: This is not domiciliary or home-to-home care. You will work a full shift supporting one individual in their own home, as part of a consistent team providing structured, community-based care. This allows you to build meaningful relationships and deliver high-quality, uninterrupted support.

Your responsibilities will include;
Personal care and daily living support
Medication administration
Moving and handling
Supporting nursing-led care needs

Requirements;
You must be able to work Full Time hours
If you require a legal right to work in the UK, this must be; Dependant Visa, Leave to Remain, or a Spouse/Partner Visa – we do not provide sponsorship.
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
Ability to work full-time, including alternative weekends or evenings as required

Experience is desirable however, you will be given full training, supported by care plans from the professionals involved in the case.
