Summary
Danny Sullivan Group are looking for a skilled Fabricator / Welder to join a key project based at Walsall – Wallows Lane, Walsall, WS1. This is a PAYE role offering a competitive rate, set working dates, and the chance to contribute to essential engineering works. If you're an experienced Fabricator/Welder with the right skills and availability, we want to hear from you!
Job Description:
- Full-Time Position – 10 Hours/Day (Monday to Friday)
- Day Shifts Only
- Fixed-Term Work: 23/06/2025 to 26/09/2025
- Immediate Start Available
- PAYE Rate: £17.00 per hour
- Rate uplifts available for overtime and weekends
- Paid Holidays – 28 Days/Annum
- Bank Holidays included
- Sick Pay and Pension Schemes
- Tax and NI handled for you
Your Role:
- Carrying out fabrication and welding duties to support ongoing production
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings accurately
- Welding mild steel to a high standard using MIG and/or TIG processes
- Following workshop safety rules and procedures at all times
- Assisting with any additional tasks related to workshop operations
Requirements:
- CSCS Card (Preferred)
- Previous experience as a Fabricator/Welder (Essential)
- Proficient in MIG and/or TIG welding
- Able to read and interpret technical drawings
- Valid Right to Work in the UK
- At least 1 reference from a previous similar role
- Own transport or ability to reliably commute to WS1
