We are proud to be working in partnership with a well-regarded SEMH secondary provision in Preston, which is currently seeking a dedicated and resilient Year 8 Teacher for a full-time, temp-to-perm opportunity starting this September.
This unique role is ideal for a passionate educator with a deep understanding of Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, and the ability to positively engage students who may face a range of challenges, including autism, ADHD, trauma (ACES), and other complex behavioural profiles.
Role
In this role, you will deliver core and functional skills-based content to students who are working at a high primary/low Key Stage 3 level. Lessons are tailored to include life skills, phonics, and vocational elements designed to support holistic development.

Ideal Candidate

Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
