We are seeking applicants for a full- time (36.5 hours) Senior Early Years Practitioner.
You will hold a minimum of five years experience working in an Early years care/education setting and hold a minimum Level 4 Early Years qualification.
What you’ll be doing :
As a Senior Early Years Practitioner, you’ll be an essential part of a fun and dynamic team that fosters a stimulating and safe environment for children to explore, learn, and grow.
You should be highly motivated and be able to motivate and inspire others. You will have a positive attitude towards working with children, and demonstrate a commitment to providing high quality individualised learning for each child who attends the centre.
You must be able to demonstrate good communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
The successful candidate will be professional, considerate and patient, they must be able to lead and develop a team of staff in the delivery of high value childcare and education that meets the needs of the children and families that attend.

The Pre-School Centre is open approximately 50 weeks of the year with closures at Easter, Christmas, and all Bank Holidays.
