What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking to appoint an efficient and organised Attendance Officer to work within the Children First Learning Partnership who will be based across our schools predominantly within the Biddulph and Congleton areas. The ideal candidate will have excellent inter-personal skills, a proactive ‘can do’ attitude and should be conscientious, self-motivated, have excellent attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
Under the direction of Senior Management across the trust, act as a point of contact for parents, ensuring high quality communication between home and school specifically on attendance for children at the schools. The core focus of this role is to lead school attendance across the trust ensuring our children receive their educational entitlement to meet their full potential.
