Summary
What skills and experience we're looking for
Previous experience of working with children and a passion to ensure the best outcomes are met.
Ability to clarify and explain instructions to pupils.
Ability to communicate effectively with and motivate pupils.
Experience working with children with special needs or EAL pupils and families. ASD / Speech and Language training (SALT) / SEND Training.
GCSE English and Maths at grade C/4 or above.
Ability to be flexible in your approach using your own initiative to be solution focused.
Ability to plan and prioritise a range of regular and irregular tasks within specific deadlines.
Willingness to undertake in- house and external training and to develop within the school.
Ability to work the hours required to fulfil the role.
Ability to maintain confidentiality inside and outside the workplace.
