Summary

What skills and experience we're looking for

We seek to appoint committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants who have a passion to help young people with a diagnosis of autism, and who can assist with the planning and preparation of activities under the direction of lead teaching staff. Due to the complex needs of the students, the role includes supporting personal care and supporting students who may be displaying behaviour which challenges.

You will join a team who contribute to the development and implementation of the specific individualised interventions which support progress in learning and enable students to access their next steps.
