The post would be ideally suited to someone who is caring, passionate about education and has the capacity to work with pupils to develop their full potential socially and emotionally.

In our recent Ofsted report (January 2022) where we were graded Good in all areas, it was stated ‘Leaders, teachers and support staff strive to provide the best education for pupils. Leaders have carefully designed an ambitious curriculum’.
We are looking to recruit a Shine Club Leader for our Wrap around Care provision. We offer a warm and friendly environment with a dedicated and supportive staff team.
This role would suit warm and friendly individual committed to caring for our children.
We are looking for someone who:
• Supervise the Shine Club team to ensure the provision offers a safe and stimulating play environment
• Manage registers and payments on School Comms
• Liaise with parents and other users of the provisions and be first point of contact
• To supervise the children and ensure high expectations of pupil behaviour are maintained
• To manage the ordering and preparation of healthy and nutritious refreshments for the children in
line with school policy
• operate in line with Risk Assessments
• follow Health and Safety Guidance
• undertake relevant training
