* ** NEW ROLE AVAILABLE! *** Due to an increase in workload, our client, one of the UKs leading manufacturers of access, storage and manual handling equipment currently requires a Night shift Powder Coater to join their team based in Redditch. This opportunity will potentially lead to a permanent contract after a successful trial period.
Benefits; Canteen and lockers 4 day working week Friendly team Free parking and close to public transport Duties/responsibilities; Prime responsibility is to powder coat all product evenly, to an exceptional standard so that our reputation for flawless finish quality is achieved Loading and off loading product from the track as and when required Ensuring the powder coating booth and spray guns are cleaned and maintained at the end of each shift Monthly booth maintenance Complete weekly checklist for the coating plant, ensuring powder stock levels are monitored and communicated Working hours; Monday to Thursday - 20.45pm - 07.00am Pay rate; £15.00 per hour Overtime; Overtime paid at time and a half after 39 hours, paid at £22.50 per hour Benefits of working for The Best Connection Online payslips 28 days paid annual leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday) Weekly pay Pension contribution Optional accident insurance
