Class 2 Skip Driver - Temp to Perm Immediate Start
The Best Connection are currently recruiting for a Class 2 Skip Driver on a temp-to-perm basis for a well-established client based in Theale. This role offers the chance to join a supportive and professional team with the opportunity to secure a permanent position after a successful probationary period. Location: Theale Pay: £15.50 per hour with us as an agency and perm salary is - £36,700 per annum Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:30am - 4:30pm Overtime: Paid at 1.5x before 6:00am, after 4:30pm, and on Saturdays Saturday Work: 6:30am - 11:00am (occasional) Looking for long-term work with the potential for a permanent position?
Key Responsibilities: Delivering and collecting skips to and from domestic and commercial locations across the local area Completing an average of 6 drops/collections per day Carrying out daily vehicle checks and ensuring loads are secure Providing excellent customer service at each job site What Youll Get: Competitive annual salary of £36,700 (once permanent) Opportunities for overtime paid at time-and-a-half Local, consistent work - no overnight stays required Friendly, supportive team with full on-the-job training Pathway to permanent employment with a respected local company Requirements: Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence CPC qualification and Digital Tachograph card Previous skip experience is beneficial but not essential Good knowledge of the local area A reliable, safety-focused driver with a great work ethic Interested?
